Items can be returned by anyone during opening hours. No ID is needed if you're only returning.

Want to book Workshop facilities?

Please ensure you complete the online Workshop Health & Safety Induction (100% pass required). Your access to the booking system will be activated within 2–24 hours.

Announcements

⚠️ Bookings must be created at least 24 hours in advance.

All equipment must be collected by the owner of the booking with their valid KU student card.

You can renew a booking once, and only within 3 days of the due date.

Renewal is not available if the item has already been reserved by another user.

🔄 How to Renew:

  • Go to the Home Page of the equipment booking system.
  • At the top right of the page, select My Account.
  • Scroll down to find your booking reference number and select it to open the booking details.
  • On the right-hand side, select Renew booking.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to renew. Make sure to check the new due date.
  • Click the blue Renew button to confirm.

You might be issued an alternative item if equipment on your booking is unavailable.

Please check your booking before arrival to Loans Room for any changes.

All bookings should be collected within 1 hour from your selected time or they will auto-delete.
